This property was in an excellent location to the Martin Family Home/ Alencon Sanctuary as well as various other important Roman Catholic landmarks and churches. This property was also very clean, and the staff was often very helpful. Furthmore, checking in and out was a breeze. I would stay there again.

Overnight stop on way back to UK
Noisy location on side of roundabout
Building is tired and run down
However bed was clean and comfortable
Bar food dinner was excellent
Breakfast was basic but with fresh bread and croissants from local bakery
The owners cousin who is running to business whilst owner is away was a very good host and very friendly

Serves it's purpose well
This hotel is very nice and friendly. It is just a five minute walk from centre ville where there are some nice bars and restaurants. There are three floors and no lift so just check you have a first floor room if you're shakey on the pins.

Good food, but not the most comfortable stay
The food and service at the restaurant attached to this hotel was very good, and the location was ideal. However, we had no heat in our room at all until late in the evening of our first night, after we asked the owner about it. Our room was clean and the service was friendly.

Great stop off hotel on our way to the Vendee.
What a lovely hotel. Great welcome by very friendly staff. Owner speaks very good English. Perfectly adequate room for our overnight stay on the way to our holiday destination. Also has a very good restaurant. Can't recommend it enough. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, lovely owners
The owners were extremely friendly. The hotel is in the centre of the town and can be quite noisy if you like to sleep with the windows open? As we were only staying one night is was very convenient to have the restaurant down stairs.

Good value. Good location. Excellent food. We had a room on the third floor and wouldn't recommend if you're not fit! Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
