The staff were excellent. The room was lovely. The only problem I had was getting my wheelchair into McGettigans, but a solution was found. Compliments to Cezar for all his help.

We were truly impressed by the outstanding service in this hotel. Particular mention to Rochelle on reception and Cristina in the restaurant, who are fabulous at looking after guests, and making the stay extra special. The food was great, the room very comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

A family trip to remember.
We stayed in the Bonnington JLT from the 12th Oct until the 20th. Our time in the hotel was one of joy and deligh. The staff were so professional and polite. We found Rahid especially to be very helpful and Thank you for that Rahid. We will be returning to Dubai and definitely staying in the Bonnington. It is clean and friendly and so central for visitors to Dubai. It has all the facilities which one would need and yet you have your privacy. A pleasure to have stayed there.

Very good hotel that is located close to the beach and within each reach of a very good public transport(train) system that is user friendly. Staff in the hotel were very pleasant and engaging without falsely falling all over you.
