Terrible Experience
This is the most terrible room I have ever stayed. Also, you have terrible staff on reception they don’t care customer and don’t solve any problem. The management is big fail. There isn’t any manager who is in charge to solve any issue.
I though you are more than a hostel. We paid 200 300 euros per night and what we found is a room with window that covered (since there is a fire stairs right on the window). Although we asked to change our room, they didn’t change it because they don’t want to argue another customer. Show one person who volunteer to give 300 euros for a cave. We didn’t requested something extra or some kind of favour, we just requested a room that we paid for. Having a window that you can see sunlight when you wake up should be in default for a “Superior Double Room”. If we would like to stay in a no-window room, we could find a room for 50euros in a hostel. We asked manager but there is not manager.
You ruined our christmas but I will do everthing I can to avoid people from your bad quality and amateur management. Also they said all rooms are same and don’t accept the case but send a note to our room for apologies (even if we put the don’t disturb note which is not acceptable to the staff enter our room). If you thought you are right, you don’t need to apologize. However you also know your fault and admit it but didn’t want to fix.
We don’t want your cheap wine, we only wanted what we paid for!!
