Amazing view
View from our room was amazing. Check in experience was not so good - we arrived at 2pm as they said on their website, the staff told us check in time is 3pm and they will have the room ready asap. They putted us to the pool area on 7th floor. No one ever got back to us until we asked again after 3:30. We end up waited almost 2 hours for our room. (Thanks to Jennz / Jenny who helped us even though she just started her shift and know nothing about what was going on; and the hotel manager offered free breakfasts as a token of apology). Overall staffs are friendly, helpful. Room are fairly clean except the balcony. location is little far from everything but they have shuttle to the emriate mall and metro station, or you can easily get a taxi ride to the mall at around 30AED.

But my review on the rating and price, I would say the hotel is rather inaccessible (be prepared for any savings to be swallowed up by taxis), rather tired, and ‘mean’ with basics like towels, toothbrushes, etc etc. The staff in the main are very helpful, but some lack basic
