Not clean
Carpet in the room was filthy and the bathroom smelled of stale urine. Everything else was great.

Good for one night close to Midi station
This hotel pretends a better one than in reality. Breakfast price of 20EUR can discourage everyone :(

Convenient location & helpful staff
My stay was two days. The room was a good size and all the amenities worked. The reception staff were able to let me check in early on arrival, which was most helpful after my train journey from Cologne. I chose the hotel because it was close to the railway station, and is a name that I know. I didn't try the breakfast, I thought it a little pricey, but of course I didn't go and check what I was missing. Just a word of warning about the well-lit road that the hotel is on. There is a mugger operating there who rather too easily helped himself to my wallet at about 10pm just outside as I walked to the railway station. Keep your wallet in an inside pocket and don't go out alone at night is my advice. Specifically don`t let anyone get near to you. I was too naive to realise what he was doing with some kind of football move, when really he had my wallet and I didn't even feel it go. The hotel staff helped to call the police and let me call to cancel my cards. Next tip: don't have more cash than you need in your wallet, nor all of your cards or you won't be able to get more cash out. Mixed feelings about Brussels, but the hotel was good.

Nice hotel, shame about the food...
The hotel had recently been refurbished, the room was very nice, except the comfort of the pillows...take your own... The shower was quite poor, the positioning of the shower head was wrong, so had to face and stand the wrong way while stood in the bath... The bar could have been better stocked, one of the 2 draft beers on sale ran out mid way thru pouring my husbands pint, and wasnt about to be changed any time soon... On our last night we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant...I have attached a photo of the food I ordered, this is vegetarian lasagne, looks like it came out of a freezer and was then obliterated in a microwave...I didnt eat it...

The hotel was very nice and conveniently located. The air conditioning being centralised meant that we couldn’t get the 18 degrees we wanted at night despite multiple calls to reception and the staff trying to set and reset the system. This was essential as my son has eczema and heat would increase this condition and make it very uncomfortable for him to sleep.

Exceptional 10.0
The hotel was fabulous, staff were all exceptional. Anything we asked for was dealt with in a courteous manner and attended too. Couldn't fault the hotel or it's staff.

Great room with some good connections
Great hotel room with an overview of the railway station. The room was always spotless and the people behind the counter were more than happy to help with anything that they could with The breakfast was a bit pricy at 20 euros per person so we were not there for that but if your just looking for a good room local to the station and the metro

The front desk personnel were extremely friendly, attentive and assisted us with several aspects of our visit.

Great view
Not for everyone but we had a great view over Brussels Midi Station therefore there is noise from the constant rail traffic from Brussels busiest station. You tune it out though. Room was comfortable. They did not refresh the tea and coffee supplies on our first night and they really need to do something about bath mats for showering
