Great value for a central Tokyo hotel
Great location within 1 miniute walk from the Akasaka-Mitsuke metro and JR station. The rooms are clean and functional even though they are small. The reception staff at this hotel were excellent and were ever willing to help in providing directions and bookings. Near to many restaurants, izakayas / pubs.

Cozy niagara falls
Nice hotel, very comfortable bed and nice views of downtown akasaka from the room. I didnt like the sink because the pressure was too high. I couldn't even turn the lever gently enough to allow any reasonable amount of water to come out—its like niagara falls in the bathroom. Anyway, the room was a bit small and the bathroom door opens into the bathroom which doesn't allow for any room in the bathroom when the door is open. But nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and I do recommend it. Very cozy room.

Overall great stay. Could improve on breakfast
Great location, small amenities. Free water and tea as you need. Negligible breakfast - give you instant soup, bread rolls and tea.

Cleanliness, Location, Staff, Service - 10/10
I can't stress enough how great the location of this hotel is, so many places to eat nearby and akasaka mitsuke station so close to it from where you can change different metro lines. The staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel provided free water bottles as well which was much needed in the heat Tokyo. The rooms are a tad bit small but they're enough for what you need especially if your coming to travel, All in all this was a great hotel to stay in and I would stay in the same hotel if I could the next time I am in Tokyo.
