We were running late due to some unforeseen events that disrupted our travel plan so we had to message the lodge our situation in the last minute (<24hrs to check in). They responded promptly & friendly and kindly organised late check in for us. The room was very clean and had an air-conditioning unit which was a lifesaver as we stayed on a very wet and humid summer night so we were able to sleep very comfortably.
