The staff are lovely and the bed was comfy! But the room was cold, one small and loud fan heater which we needed to have going all night and strangely we couldn't open our room door without opening the window first, everything is just a bit tired and in need of some love.

The customer service was alright but the overall stay wasn't. I probally wont be returning here unfortunetly. The room I was in seemed clean when walking in but then found a pair of some random guys underwear behind the bed and they wern't hard to miss meaning the room hadnt had a proper clean. The walls must be paper thin as could hear everything in the rooms either side and behind mine, from them showering to them talking late into the night. There was also a $100 bond that had to be paid on arrival, which apparently is stated on there website but I couldn't see it anywhere when booking. I was lucky to have spare $100 for 3 days as otherwise I wouldn't have been able to stay or get a refund.
