Superb historic hotel with cool features
Really cool "old-style" historic hotel. River view rooms are huge. Other rooms adequate, all with very tall ceilings. Heating was off in my room when I arrived, which shows eco-friendly strategy. Easy to turn thermostat up a little for comfort. Nice breakfast, but pricey at €20. Great location on water. Superb Rodeo restaurant a 2-mins walk away plus the Food Hallen for variety of quality foods & drink. A bit disappointing that the hotel bar closed up at 10 or 10:30, even for hotel guests, but maybe this is a Dutch thing!
