The view was perfect. The staff was mostly bilingual, but I been studying Spanish so I got the best of both worlds. I had to take a final upon arrival, and internet worked like a charm. Breakfast was always in my room even though I never really ate it because I was always out and about. I always came to a tidy room. Shower and bed were extremely comforting. Pool was enclosed but spectacular view of different level floors. The pool also had a rinse off shower. Hotel was not even a block away from ferry. Also, transportation (such as scooter or golf cart, btw u need your license) was around the corner. I went alone to Mexico and don’t think I could have chose a better location. Hotel also had a bar!

Wonderful location. Very close to the ferry terminal and a short walk to shopping and the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Meyte was very nice and gave us an upgrade when other people did not show up. The continental breakfast was sufficient with a variety of fresh fruit, bakery breads, yogurt, and more. The only disappointment was the pool. The pool was too cold to use. I chose this property over another one because of having the pool so that was disappointing, The property had a nice feel. I liked that it was on the main street. I felt safe coming and going here. The rooms were a good size. The beds were comfortable. The shower had options. I would choose to stay here again.

Everything in the room was dirty. The stained bedding was disgusting It is incredibly loud until after 3am because a nightclub is next door. Then 7am construction starts across the street. We left with 4 paid days left to our stay to get another hotel. Management did not care

Bahia chac chi was very clean and staff were wonderful and very helpful! Great location. We had a bay view room one the 2nd floor. Noise did not bother us at all like others stated. Only “complaints” are the continental breakfast.. very hot where it’s served. No air. Very simple. Only goes to 9a. Large building is going up right in front of the hotel blocking the beautiful view for the bay view rooms. We’d book again.
