Very good hotel, great staff, clean, new and has everything you’d want or need. The parking is a problem and expensive.

Everything was really good, the gym was very well equipped. The only bad one was the pool in the spa broke down so they closed the spa an entire day, the day I was planning to go.

Room was lovely, however housekeeping did not replenish tea and coffee or give us clean cups. The check in staff were pleasant, breakfast was excellent. We didn't visit the spa. The hotel is far out of town but has excellent transport links.

8/10 Very good

A good stay with a very comfortable bed and nicely decorated room in general. A bit pricy for what you get though. The view from 4th floor over a parking and a construction site was not exactly thrilling but it was a standard room. Breakfast was quite diverse but during the last hour the food was not refilled or even kept warm, and the cleaning was terrible with pieces of ham and cheese on the floors and mountains of dishes on most tables, so it was very difficult to find a place to sit. Gym is well equipped with new machines and lots of weights. The spa was small but nice. The staff was friendly but not going the extra mile. Will probably not stay there again.

8/10 Very good

Really nice room and great breakfast. Unfortunately the tower is not part of the hotel as it seems like at the pictures so the hotel only goes to 15th floor. Access to outdoor terrace would have been great but not possible, very silent room even with air conditioning on max. Spa is not for kids.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The hotel itself was nice and clean and the breakfast was nice. However, there was an empty product bottle in the bathroom of something I had not brought with me as it promoted the hotel provided. The staff were very inexperienced and short when I brought this up at check-out, there was no customer service just a mention that it should be filled. In the bar during the evening the staff were slow and could only make what was on the menu with no knowledge or experience to make anything else. The drinks tasted very weak which given the prices was both surprising and not appreciated.

Väldigt fräscht och trevligt hotell. Trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Frukosten väldigt bra organiserad och innehållsrik. Frukostvärdinnor som gjorde ett fantastiskt jobb. Hotellets läge med närhet till kommunikationer perfekt.
