Quaint place for a couple days.
Stayed two nights as within 45 minutes of Salzburg and the tour we took. Facility is out of the way though 5 minute drive into Ruhpolding, a quaint pretty town and ski area. Facility lovely as updated and upgraded in the past 2 years. Room was small though comfortable and nicely decorated. Included a kettle, hot plate and utensils. Breakfast when requested and plentiful. Owner Stephan and his wife accommodating, friendly, and helpful. If in the area we’d stay again.

Nice visit
Owner not on site so minimal delay of 15 minutes on arrival. They were shopping for breakfast. Nicely remodelled rooms and facility. Very friendly and asked what time we wanted breakfast. Stephan took care of us. Drove to Salzburg for a tour the next day and enjoyed the night in after supper in Ruhpolding.

We spent overnight on 17 June. The hotel in overall evaluated 4.5/5 . Steve is a nice person and the location is good. Breakfast is ok and enough .

We stayed three nights jul 16th thru the 18th of 2018. It was by far the best Hotel experience we had in Germany and Austria. The owner and staff were extremely nice and professional. The 2 room suite reminded me of home. The breakfast was fabulous. I can’t say enough good things about this Hotel.

I was surprised it was only rated three stars. The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for a family of four. The small kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh with a good selection of food. The hotel owner was friendly and efficient. Laundry service was reasonable and efficient as well. We would definitely stay there again. The hotel is located within driving distance of several area attractions.

Wir hatten ein sauberes, nicht übermäßig großes und zweckmäßiges Zimmer, die Betreiber sind sehr nett. Die Lage ist gut (ca. 1,5 km zum Bahnhof Ruhpolding), die Straße vorm Haus ist viel befahren, aber das ist wohl kaum zu ändern.
