Could do much better for the price and location
Hotel was OK, Car parking charge was expensive at 15CHF per night, paid 5CHF in a 4* hotel in Grindelwald. There was 2 Families staying at each end of my corridor who lived with their doors open and kids running amok and the hotel did nothing. Breakfast staff were a bit misterable.

Fantastic place especially for the price
We had initially booked at a competitor around the corner, but due to a booking mixup we stayed the first night at the Krebs. Turns out we loved the Krebs so much we just stayed there. The other place was rude and very basic despite being twice the price. You can tell the owner of the Krebs really cares about the hotel. It shows in a million little details that you know cut into their profit, and aren’t really necessary, but they did them anyway. That attitude was reflected in a lot of little aspects of our stay. Plus, AIR CONDITIONING! Anyway, we’ll be back for sure.

Great Stay - Our First Visit to Interlaken
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We stayed 2 nights and were glad to have a hotel in a great location for food and shopping as well as quick access to the bus/train station. The front desk was very helpful with a lot of information for us to plan some adventures in the area. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again in the future.
