⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay and exceptional hospitality! The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hotel itself was pristine. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and readily available to answer questions or assist with requests. Almost everyone I interacted with spoke English, which made communication easy and my stay even more comfortable. Even the staff outside were consistently warm and welcoming. Whenever I got into an Uber or my friend’s car, they would open and close the door for me and help with luggage. Their attentiveness extended to food deliveries, too. If my food arrived and I hadn’t come downstairs to collect it, they would call my room to let me know. Those thoughtful touches made the experience feel special. The hotel is spacious and beautiful, and I honestly felt that the experience was worth the money I spent on my stay. The one thing I would have loved in my room was a microwave to reheat leftover food. Other than that, everything was wonderful! One detail worth mentioning is that some rooms have see-through glass in the bathroom, particularly around the shower. Depending on whom you’re sharing a room with and your comfort level, that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would give this hotel a solid 5 out of 5. It truly lived up to my expectations of a five-star hotel!

This hotel is a hidden treasure. A truely magical place with it's own Buddist garden to explore and beautiful grounds, courtyard and their restaurant is exemplary. The hotel grounds are beautiful as are the spacious rooms. I cannot say enough about the staff. Without a doubt, the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Just a short ride from Gimpo, the Lotte mall is just down the road a bit and is a great place to explore. And a short Uber ride from the downtown are. We are booking our next trip to Korea in May 2027, and will most definitely be staying with the great folks at Mayfield. We are looking forward to staying with them again.

The hotel is 5-stars and its condition is excellent. For me, the room quality is the most important and this hotel didn't disappoint. The airport is located close to the hotel but the rooms are superbly sound proofed. The hotel staff are excellent, despite a slight language barrier at times. What wasn't great and the reason I score the hotel as average is the price of food and drinks. This is extortionate and all I was prepared to pay for was the breakfast at a daily rate of over £ 30 a head. The lunch was priced at £50 a head. I did discover a cafe selling pastries as well as slightly cheaper restaurant, but these prices are nuts and I refuse to pay. The hotel bar closed at 21:30 which was puzzling. There are no local cafes and restaurants closely. The closest you have is the Lotte Mall, which is walkable and cheap taxi ride. Lots of good food there, including terrific Italian and Indian. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay again. Next time I'll stay at the Lotte Hotel or the Mercure. Sorry Mayfield. You're great but you need to review your food and drink prices.

The property is beautiful and walking around the grounds at night was peaceful. The food was amazing and the service and staff friendliness was superb. There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated. Plenty of amenities and the floor manager even remembered my name which was nice. This is moreso a luxury hotel for travelers coming / going from airport.

Super Clean and quiet. Beautiful grounds. They had golf (which we didn't partake in) and a child's swimming pool that we did have fun in. Surrounded by lush trees and grass, great walkways. Lots of nature and never encountered bugs. The breakfast staff was extraordinarily kind, especially to my 3yo, the hostess walked her in every morning holding her hand and let her choose our table. We stayed in a Family Suite Twin room, which had a separate living room and even laundry. We didn't end up doing laundry but it was an added convenience. We would stay there again.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve been in Korea so far. Extremely well designed and constructed sites and completed with neat modern and luxurious touch. It was clean and very stylish hotel and all the staffs were so friendly and accommodating. It’s a resort like hotel just about 5-7 min drive from Gimpo airport. They also run shuttle to the airport as well as nearby shopping malls and cute city called Magok. Also a great outing you can plan from the hotel. I didn’t expect this resort type hotel in Seoul at all to be honest. One downside is that their onsite drinks, food and snacks were quite high prices but besides that everything was perfect with comfort, great design amenities and hospitality. I’d definitely visit again in the future.
