Stay was great. Ate at Veneto restaurant , big plates small portion .Ordered steak for $44 . Got a steak with three tater tot things ... I’ve had bigger appetizers Left There just as hungry as when I walked in. should’ve went to Burger King down the road for a filling meal and saved 69 bucks .Wouldnt eat there again.

Well located, nicely updated
We appreciated the room upgrade. Beds very comfortable. The desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our only criticism is the breakfast, which wasn't anywhere near as nice as what was offered on our previous stays. The server added milk to the teabag in the cup before adding the hot water! Horrors! It would be worth investing in an espresso machine. The complimentary cheese plate was delicious and beautifully presented. We would recommend this hotel..

Cute with good central location
The hotel was a cute boutique hotel. Staff were friendly at the front desk. It was perfect for one night as the location is great but wouldn’t do an extended stay here because the room was so small you essentially open the door and walk into your bed. Also walls are very thin we could hear our neighbours coming home late night. Continental breakfast was a nice bonus (no eggs or warm food but lots of breakfast sweets, yogurt, fruit, toast, cereal etc)

Great Hotel,Friendly Staff and convenient location
Great hotel, Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Marc who helped me with my requests, could not get TV to work and hot water for my cup of teas. Bed was comfortable and room a good size. A little out of downtown but easy walking to harbour area. Lots of convenience shops close to hotel and bus to Butchard Gardens was across the road.
