Easy Peasy for Conveniency
We had a late check in due to a late flight, but we had very easy and quick check in. The hotel is close to everything, grocery, shop , restaurants, the metro and even TCAT. Our stay was convenient and comfortable.

Poor 2.0
Unclean, old hotel - not recommended
We had planned to stay at this hotel for 6 nights because it was decently priced and the rooms/location looked good. However, we cut our stay short to 3 nights upon arrival, as the hotel is in poor condition and the rooms were not up to standard. We even tried to cut our stay to one night, but almost all of the staff speak next to no English and we were told we had to wait for the manager who would return on Monday. The manager helped us process our request but it still took several attempts to refund us and we were still charged a cancellation fee. The rooms were not up to standard and I would not recommend them to anyone. The floors/carpets in the rooms/hallways were dirty and old. The same can be said of many other parts of the rooms, like the desks/lamps, which are scratched and dirty as well. The hotel is in clear need of updating with new furniture and floors. The rooms also offer no plug sockets next to the beds, which is quite inconvenient. Furthermore, the roof of the hotel is open air, which is quite bizarre. This means that the hallways on all floors are very cold, and when it rained, the carpets in the hallways became wet (probably why they also seem old and in poor condition). The check-in process also took a long time, with an inefficient system in place. We did not have the breakfast, and when we checked to see what was on offer - we could see that we made the right choice. The only plus side is the area; close to the metro and in a quiet office area.

Wonderful Hotel In Great Area
The stay was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. As native english speakers who know some japanese, but not conversational, they were able to assist us in shipping our luggage, and the hotel room and accommodations were great. I'd recommend for an affordable hotel near a great area.

near akihabara, not so helpful receptionists...
check in was not so smooth, the receptionist is not so fluent in speaking english, though i showed my email, the girl who handled me still confuse whether i booked for one or two rooms!! my son was sick when we were there, i asked them the nearest hospital or doctor near hotel, but all of them seems dont understand that doctors and clinics in japan must have paediatrician to check a child, so i went to 3 clinics they suggested us just to knew that they can not help me, luckily there is one international hospital not so far from the hotel and we made it in time.

Not in a tourist area so if you're a tourist then this isn't a place for you. It looks decent from the outside but my room was old and run down and it was a non-smoking room but there was still residue of smoke. Only reason why I stayed here was I had 1 free night. I wasted my free night.

Good value hotel
The hotel is in a good location, only 3 mins on foot from Kayabacho metro station and 5 bus stops away from Tokyo station. The area has some nice restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is comfortable and very clean and has all the facilities needed. I read some reviews saying the hotel was a bit run down but I found this wasn't the case. Friendly and helpful staff and the rate per night was reasonable considering Tokyo's prices. We would definitely stay again.
