Good location but poor Wi-Fi
It's an okay hotel located within a walking distance to two subway stations. The area is quiet and feels very safe. The rooms are quite small, so are the beds, although they're comfortable. There's no room cleaning during the stay. The wifi works extremely slow, especially in the evening. I'd recommend for those who look for something in a nice location.

Very good price-quality relationship
In our opinion it is a correct place for the asking price, a very good option for those looking for a good price-quality relationship. In other words, you can find at the hotel the features they offer at their web page. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Furthermore, the hotel location is very convenient, near to the JR train and the metro stations. We got a room with a nice view of the Tokyo Sky-Tree Tower. Although the room size is really small, it is what they promise when you book it.

A thrifty, convenient hotel in central Tokyo area
The room was a typical Tokyo-size economy hotel room. I bet you would feel like being Gulliver if you were a large-built person! Never mind, you get all the amenities you would expect in the room, including an air-conditioner. One thing I liked is that there is no daily towel exchange and you only need to bring towels to the reception if you want fresh ones. There is free wifi as well as wired internet access. It was nice of the staff to try to sort out internet access on my iPad with another wifi kit when I had difficulty in accessing the internet after getting wirelessly connected to the hotel room's router. The hotel is conveniently located near Kuramaei metro station, Toei Asakusa line and Toei O-edo line. To get around Tokyo, I find it a best base. If you like a Japanese teishoku/bento type of meals, there is an excellent restaurant called Yayoi-ken just outside Toei-Asakusa line station exit for the hotel. With self-service free seconds of rice, excellent dishes for an amazingly budget-friendly price. A couple of things I have to point out about this stay is that the room I was booked had a smell from the drainage. Another thing is the fact that the front door was not locked in the morning, well before 8am when the reception is manned until 10pm, although it is supposed to be accessible with a passcode. Despite the above shortcomings, overall, I was pleased with my stay in this hotel that offers a good value for money.

The room was big with a sala set, dining table and a kitchenette complere with utensils. We had a nice view of tokyo sky tree in our room.

It was ok for 40 dollars a night. Pay for your own parking, sucked. It cost 2 dollars an hour. My bill was 16 dollars.
