Good location... but some renovations...
The hotel itself was located in a very convenient area. Very close to local restaurants and subway. The staff was very friendly and there was a free shuttle to tokyo station for those who wanted. I've stayed 8 days and only used it once. However, there was a renovation undergoing at the entrance and therefore breakfast was only a bento (which was exactly the same everyday). Even though we paid for breakfast my partner never ate his and I only ate once. It would have been better if this was notified or at least more options were given

Close to T-CAT, Clean and Free Breakfast
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from T-CAT, which was perfect for our late-night arrival from Haneda. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights and the area is very quiet at the weekend. Our room was in the annex and was clean, compact and well-equipped. I'd read conflicting information about the hotel having smoking rooms but there was no smoke smell in our room. The free breakfast was a good mix of Western and Asian dishes and was overseen by attentive staff. I would recommend this hotel.
