Great location!!! Traveled with my daughter and we felt safe and it was easy to navigate to and from as it was our first trip to Japan. Just beware - small rooms!!! Fantastic bakery next door. Close to subway station.

Great
The rooms are bit smaller, otherwise all great. The break fast made us say 'wow'

Exceptional 10.0
Our room was very clean and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The location was a bonus too as it was close to everywhere we wanted to go and even had a lovely bakery next door. I would stay here again.

Good 6.0
Small room, Good Wi-Fi, Convenient Location
I stayed in a single room for three nights in the annex building. The room is tiny, and I had a difficult time to keep my suitcase open. The room looked dated. The bed sheet and pillows were clean. The table is at the head of the bed from the window sill, and it is very sizable. The hotel is about 15 min walk from the Shinjuku station. Many surrounding restaurants are open 24 hours; however, the hotel is closed between 2 am, and 5 am. Overall, it was not a bad stay, but I would explore another hotel next time.
