The hotel has a nice location, otherwise, nothing. It's a little tired and would benefit from a renovation. The staff is very welcoming. The lift was out of order the time I was there, so the mini-bar was free; a nice gesture.

I was beyond disappointed in the cleanliness and appearance of this hotel. There were bugs in the lights, dirty sheets, worn out chair cushions, rotting wall, moldy shower floor, stained and not vacuumed carpets, rusted balcony furniture and uncleaned balcony floors, dusty tables, vent fans that have never been cleaned, etc. you name it, and it was dirty, old, or unkept. There is no real lobby or lounge and concierge is a table and chair when you walk in the door.

Short Milan visit
Stayed overnight only, decent room (ordered junior suit as traveled with teenage daughter), great amenities, nice touch with a Wellcome drink, excellent location, very central but quiet. The only thing wasn’t perfect we are Expedia gold VIP member and didn’t provide a bottle of wine, but we also didn’t request it.

Perfect location
It’s really hard not to leave a good review because they treated us amazing, but I do have to point out a couple of things. We were on the the 3rd floor and we had no Wi-Fi, however when you went down to the reception area, the Wi-Fi was fine. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but in my opinion it wasn’t. The carpet needs to be washed or replaced all together because it was really dirty. The room was clean and you can tell the carpet was vacuumed, but there were stains everywhere and not just in my room, but on the entire floor. Other, than these 2 complaints, my stay was pleasant. The location was perfect

Highly recommend this hotel! Just a few steps away from Piazza del Duomo and galleria Vittorio. Very centralized and clean chic hotel. Staff was also very friendly and informative. Definitely will be coming back and staying here!
