People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Can you give a rating lower than 0?
Can you give a worse rating than 0? We arrived late at night for early meetings and were told hotel had been damaged 24 hours before but nobody in our group was called or emailed to be notified despite them having our contacts through various booking systems/agencies. We were assured our reservations were moved to a different hotel only to find out when we arrived that we were one room short and had to spend an hour there sorting that out. In the end, it took us over 2 hours to finally check into an inferior hotel and I ended up having to go to sleep at 2am. The leve of incompetence and indifference was beyond belief.

60$ per bottle
Good experience. But they charge you 60 reais if you want to take your own bottle to the pool area. And that's absurd.

Really nice hotel in Brasilia
It was a relaxing experience! The hotel is really nice. The location by the lake surely enhance the experience! However, my Waite and I missed more/better activities for kids, and a heated pool.

Very nice place to stay, but needs improvement
The hotel amenities are amazing. However, the room I stayed (5103) was very humid. The rain was coming inside through the window and when we took a shower, the floor was flooded because the door was not closing properly.
