We got the family room, disappointed that the only view and room is a view of shed NO city views. Pool is one reason we went and that was being worked on. Looked liked it hadn't been used for 12 months. Neighbours was good for 1st few days and then the drunken idiots turned up and didn't go to bed to early hours sounded like elephants in room above and siding doors where noisy. Air conditioning units right outside units made things very noisy and ran all night. Good location and short walks to dinner places and staff where friendly. Won't be going back in hurry.
Had a good stay despite being stuck in the hotel elevator for 45 minutes. Didn’t hear anything from management for the inconvenience caused. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and Tandy location to shops and restaurants.
Have stayed at the Sage Hotel before and will continue to stay there when in Adelaide. Location is great because even though it's on the edge of the CBD it is quiet and not far from a tram stop which I use often. Reception staff are really good...helpful, friendly and make you feel safe and secure.
Connection door between two rooms, noise from road and next room. Location: it’s good location, closes to the parks Clean
The hotel was reasonable for four stars but nothing startling. The rooms generally presented well, however, the cleanliness was quite poor, including numerous stains on the quilt, mould in the bathrooms and food stains on the remote control. We stayed for five nights, and after the first night the room was not serviced. We were supposed to get a letter indicating that we needed to request servicing due to the public holiday, however, we never received the letter and we were not informed at check-in. Why would you not tell guests at check-in that their room will not be serviced the next morning? I probably wouldn't go back.
The staff were pleasant and the room was ok. A few improvements could be made to the room. The carpet needs to be replaced/cleaned and the seals around the bath needs replacement. There appears to be damp on the bedroom wall adjacent to the bathroom.
Great accommodation on South Terrace with very reasonable parking rate. Just 5 minute walk to free tram to get to central Adelaide.
We have stayed at Sage quite a few times and always find the staff very welcoming. Beds are comfortable and great pillows.
Staff friendly. However, housekeeping need to check dates on milk in room fridge. Use by 8/20 on one = 2 months out of date. Great breakfast options and service.
