Great place! We had three couples and we’re able to get three balcony rooms beside each other. Beautiful view of the beach and the pools were amazing. We will definitely stay here again!!

Very good room clean, huge balcony with the best view , but no amenities at all...we purchase a little Coffeemaker but come to find out they had a bunch but did not offer us to get one. Overall great place to be best view on the Lagoon.

We had a room with a garden and water view. Nice patio with rocking chairs, table and a hammock. The room was clean and in good condition. Good, hot water pressure in the shower. Over all things were good, nothing extravagant by any means but for the price it was good. Right on the water and close to north beach, easy walk to downtown. About the only downside was the bed. The mattress needs replacing. There isn’t a bar or restaurant on premises but they are nearby. We did hear that there were plans for some updates which will make this a great place.

Again another amazing trip to Villa Kiin, the only issue was water pressure in the shower. It at times came to a small drip. but there was lots of hot water.
