Hotel and location was beautiful and perfect. The breakfast was one of the best we had for our two week trip to Europe and is recommended. The only issue we had was with parking. The street signs say you cannot drive on the cobblestones leading up to the hotel. In fact, you can drive up to the hotel (though not easily with the amount of foot traffic) just to unload and load your luggage. We had to drive around for a long time to find parking but got more information after arriving at the hotel. Getting the information ahead of time would have solved this problem.

We paid for a booked a room with a lake view but when we arrived no lake room was available. Not sure who's fault this was. They were very apologetic and gave us free parking and a bottle of Prosecco and fruit. We paid a lot more for a lake view and need a refund.

We got a lakefront room with balcony and the view just cannot be beat! Breakfast was extensive and very good. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Overall a very nice hotel
Everything was very good about the hotel. The only negative was the air con, it seemed like an after thought and didn’t work very well. As a result we had the window open through the night but ended up with insect bites. Other than that (and to be fair the temperatures were on the mid 30’s) it was a really nice hotel, with a great restaurant and super nice and helpful staff.

Although it was shared with the rest of the hotel, to have our room open out onto a balcony which had an amazing view of both the square & the lake was simply amazing.

The room was clean but small. Breakfast was minimal, reminded me of holiday inn breakfast but this is a four star hotel. Low quality, no fresh fruit like melon, pineapple, etc. don’t book here and expect a good breakfast. Cappuccino machine terrible. Service not there.
