I booked and paid for suite with a king size bed. I was given a double bed room. When I inquired at the front desk was told the hotel was completely booked and didn’t have any other room to transfer me to.
The AC wasn’t working, the room was really hot. I called the front desk twice and was told someone was coming, no one showed up. Called again and they said the ac was down. I asked for an oscillating fan and they don’t have them available.
To say the least that night was horrible, my blood pressure was high and the headache was bad.
The food is not great, I was expecting traditional Mexican food ( at least one day)

I have to say my room attendant was very pleasant.
