The staff at this hotel went above and beyond in their helpfulness. One employee made sure we had a new refrigerator brought to our room when the existing one broke - on a weekend. Three employees helped us carry our luggage from our room to our car when a luggage cart was not available.

We stayed here for a week while we looked for an apartment as we were making a permanent move to Fairbanks. We loved our room and how quiet it was. My complaints would be the lack of a legit bellhop cart. They have ones you find in an airport but it doesn’t hold very much. Also, they allow people to smoke right outside the front door. It was not ideal to have to unload our car with several trips due to no bellhop cart and to have to breath in cigarette smoke the entire time. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

Not a very pleasant experience
Our room wasn't ready when we checked in. We had to wait in the lobby while they finish cleaning the room. The room was clean when we checked in but they didn't clean the room on our second day, did not even get the garbage and there was no supply of fresh towels, toiletries, eg. shampoo, soap. Both beds were in bad condition. I was so sank in in the middle of the bed and had a hard time getting up.
