A Top Contender
We have business to conduct in San Antonio every month. Consequently, we have stayed at a number of hotels in the north SA area—-because that is our preferred location within the metropolis. Courtyard is definitely among the top contenders for location, convenience, overall amenities, and comfort.

Would Stay here again. Bring your Own Pillow
The staff was wonderful. We should not have been able to check until 4:00pm, but we called a head and asked if we would be able to check in around 3:00 and they let us know they would make sure the room would be ready so we could check in early. We arrived around 2:00 and there was no issues the room was ready. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the front desk folks, to the lady at the lounge was friendly and would say hi, good afternoon or good morning. The room was clean and tidy. Water pressure was great, and the water was good and hot. Loved the walk-in shower. The towels were big and think not like those thin towels that you find in a lot of hotels. Now the bed and pillows were another story. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the box springs. The pillows were the size of a travel pillow. I would think as nice as the hotel was, they would have a much more comfortable bed and pillow. I would stay here again I would just bring my own pillow.

Good not Great
I was checking iut distance to my ne job. At 9:50 I wanted to check out breakfast but noine sooke to me as I was in line att the only place available- therefore- no food. So I went to gym and exercised - none of the two other treadmills were working, so went to elliptical then no cups for water. Overall nice though ( no water given upon entrance I usually get a back with water at other places)
