The property is in a good location. The condition of the property is average. Although restoration is in progress. Staff friendly. Had a bit of confusion with check in. Using a third party which I use often. I had to clarify certain charges when checking in that I was unaware of taking place. Staff was unable to definitively answer why it happened. The issue was not a crisis whatsoever but definitely a surprise. Front desk staff was superb with some individuals on staff at the time. And other times was average at best. Definitely would stay there once again the rate per night was a good value

This hotel is passable. The heating / air conditioning unit was noisy when it was on. The hotel is undergoing renovation, which didn't affect us during our stay. The only impact on us was that there was no parking on the 4th level of the garage. The breakfast was passable. The biggest issue was that we brought our puppy. When we took him out to "do his business", we found large turds on the grassy areas around the property. Definitely a turn off.
