Exceptional
A lot of great ideas in a small package
It was great value for the price. Extremely clean and pleasant. The staff wère helpful, polite and on the ball. Koodoos to them! Location is excellent near the train and metro. A large shopping mall with many restaurants on the top floor is a 5 min. walk. CPH airport is 2 train stops away.

We had a 14-hour layover from the airport so we decided to stay at this hotel.. it met our needs perfectly, they also offered breakfast if we wanted at the hotel. We got an early morning taxi to the airport and we were very satisfied with our experience there at the hotel.

Poor
Had to book this hotel last minute so did not have a lot of choice as the hotel I wanted was booked for that weekend. Very small room with a bunk bed for the outrageous amount of money that we paid for that. Plus, charged almost $100 for breakfast for 2 days for 1 adult and 2 kids (1 of whom is a 4-year old who barely eats anything). Was horrible being there with kids. The shower was the worst:very small and the whole bathroom was wet after you took it. My 4-year old fell down on the wet floor when he went to wash his hands. Will not stay there if I ever visit Copenhagen again.

The hotel was very clean, very comfortable bed, the bathroom was a little too small. It had a fridge, tv. What I didn't like it was a bit far from the metro station
