Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa

ur employee stole ,k.shs 30000.from my room. on 31st dec when i,was celebrating.party between 9pm 1pm..no cctv camers.Room 4040.

What a lovely resort. The facilities were great - but what was most impressive was the hospitality and professional-ness of the hotel staff. From the people changing our sheets, to the concierge at the front desk, they were friendly, initiating, agreeable and eager to help. They always stopped to ask how our stay was going.

My stay Diani beach resort was very comfortable.beach was clean only problem was constant hassle by local hawkers.staff very friendly and helpful especially Manjit negi executive chef and Susan guest relations executive who went out of their way to help

The staff were so kind and helpful, talkative and attentive, and accommodating. The room was a great size and very clean. They aren't the most modern of rooms but you're hardly in there. Only 'complaint' is the showerhead but if you ask them to clean/replace, they will do so. Much to do, walks in the grounds 1 minute from what feels like a fully private beach, shared by 4-5 resorts. The sun beds and guest towels mean you can spend a whole day on the beach. Just be aware that locals will be trying to sell you memorabilia daily but they are polite. The food is diverse and changes daily so you don't get bored of having the same thing. Swim up pool bar and outdoor bar with evening activities daily all add to the fun. Spa was great - couples massage room available! Nice and clean also and views on the beach. Great hotel for relaxing and socialising if you wish, perfect beach hotel.

Overall a lovely hotel. The beach is stunning. The beach boys trying to sell key rings, coconuts etc were a little annoying. Food was delicious and the staff were brilliant & friendly. I would definitely recommend and come back again.
