We were wondering about the mixed reviews... but what a positive surprise! Galleria Vik is a wonderful hotel with friendly&helpful staff. The location could not be any better. Breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay!!

You get to this so called “5 star hotel” however the rooms come with no TV which is unacceptable in a hotel of this class. TVs are provided upon request. The valley service is a ripoff, if you leave your car just 1 hour you will be charged 65 euros. Staff was not professional and not pleasant. The hotel has a great location but would recommend trying a different one close by in the gallery.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The view of the Galleria was amazing too. The room was beautiful, the artwork was museum worthy and the bathroom was huge. Only down-side was that is was rather noisy at night, especially in the bathroom. I think more soundproofing is needed. Other than that, the stay was really great.
