Tildi Hotel

Staff 5*, Cleanliness 5*, facilities 3.5*, great price. If you want a reasonable spec hotel with friendly staff that is kept spotlessly clean at a bargain price then this is for you. It is a little aged but that adds to the character for us.

a very good location ,though it's central and facing the beach promenade .no noise from the strret to disturb your sleep .the room was spotless clean,comfortable bed .the food served always looked fresh .the pool area and the garden surrounding were great .the hotel bar has plenty of room and attracting a rather nice crowd .the staff were very professional and willing to help at all times

Great central location, hotel slightly dated but bedrooms spotless and good size. Modern tele with great english movies. Many restaurants and cheap eats within mins walk. Beach and promenade 3 min. Staff service excellent, good pool size inc toddler pool. For £40/night great value. Would return. 45 min taxi from Airport apx £20 (200 - 250 Dirhm. Dec 18 rate was £1= 11.5 Dirhm)

Painful experience, even for one night. Washed-out towels that look like floorcloths. Threadbare bedsheets with a filthy bedcover on top. Filthy curtains. Mattress hard as a rock. Walls and floors thin as cardboard - you hear noises from all sides throughout the night. Tap water smells very odd (certainly not of chlorine). Would not stay in this hotel again. The garden was very pretty and well maintained though.

Hotel staff were friendly and the place was clean. The room was spacious enough, however the rooms facing the front road (even though it is a side road) could be rather noisy from traffic noise. We stayed on the 1st floor just above the main entrance and often there were people talking and smoking outside the entrance late in the night. Would be better if you are on a higher floor or with rooms facing the pool. We did request for a quiet room when we booked?! Breakfast wise it was ok for us, not a great variety but sufficient, especially when the room rate was taken into consideration. Look out for the fresh orange juice and the fried egg station. The pool was looking nice and clean and the pool area was well kept and peaceful. There were local dancing and live music (quite loud) in the lobby area most of the nights but they finished soon after 11pm. Location wise it is very near the beach front, 10 minutes' walk. We walked to the main Souk once and took us 30 minutes. WIFI works fine for us in room and around the hotel. All in all it is a good value for money place if you don't expect it to be a real high end 4* hotel (one shouldn't when considering the room rate). Would recommend esp they could try harder to find you a quieter room when you have made a request up front!

Illallisbuffee sisälsi pilaantunutta ruokaa: siellä syöneet perheenjäsenet saivat rajun ruokamyrkytyksen. Likaisesta uima-altaasta tarttui bakteereja, jotka aiheuttivat lapsellemme monen päivän sairaalahoidon! Luvattu internet ei toiminut huoneessa, ja tästä sain taistella henkilökunnan kanssa 3 päivää. Tyhjiä lupauksia päivästä toiseen, kukaan ei tee mitään! Huone oli todella meluisa: jengit huusivat yöllä ikkunan alla ja soittivat auton torvia. Hotelli oli melkein tyhjä, mutta huoneenvaihto ei onnistunut - ei myöskään minkäänlainen hyvitys. Uskomattoman röyhkeää, ylimielistä ja töykeää palvelua hotellin miestyöntekijöiltä, myös hotellin manager todella törkeä: naisen kokemukset ja mielipiteet eivät olleet minkään arvoisia. Minkäänlaista kompensaatiota ei saatu buffetin ruokamyrkytyksestä, rikkinäisestä WiFistä, meluisasta huoneesta... ja päätteksi vielä lapsen sairaalareissu. Ei edes anteeksipyyntöä. Hirveä hotelli. NEVER AGAIN!!

Slušný hotel na maroko ,dobré snídaně i večeře které jsou převážně o zelenině což mi vyhovovalo neboť měli vše perfektně ochucené.Zahrada pěkná a bazén dobrý.Pokoj slušný a postel pohodlná.Pokojské vždy dobře uklidily a ustlali.Veškerý personál perfektní .Stímto hotelem rozhodně nešlápnete vedle !
