i like the A/C . Overall nothing. There was no cold water when the weather temp was extremetly hot. Pool not working, toilet seat loose and rusted, they change our room from 2nd floor to 4th floor then the entrance door got stuck, we couldnt get out.luckelie is was a connected room so we were able to get out. door was fix until next day late afternoon. Breakgas area food to spicy not kid friendly. we requested to speak to a.manager and were told it was on a meeting. overall experience HORRIBLE.....

At the check in there was not even eye contact. He slightly looked at me and asked what I needed instead of asking if i had a reservation or if I needed a room. In my opinion he was rude and I will not even consider staying at this hotel ever again and of course I will not recommend it to friends.
