The room was cold i was asked to remove my COVID mask at the front desk to double check my ID, i refused not too happy with that. Had to get the maintenance out to sort the heating and connectivity with the TV. Wont stay their again.

Garbage in the can from the previous guests, disgusting drips all over the toilet paper holder, the tap dripped all night. Heater/ac unit squeaked all night. I told the staff in the morning they did nothing... told me to contact the hotels.com/Expedia to get a refund.

Firstly the positive, Convenient,clean,priced well, friendly staff. Not so great, room heater stuck on hot, front desk was called and sent maintenance to fix which he did. Shortly after it came on again so the only solution was to unplug it completely then replug to get warm. Also bathroom sink would not drain, bathtub Dripping. Cold Breakfast sad, only fruit where unappetizing apples and some lonely looking muffins . Hot breakfast,eggs where alright but the mystery meat that the hostess said was sausage wasn’t fit for humans.

The manager was amazing and very hospitable. I needed to extend my stay an extra 2 hrs and they let me with no Hassle or extra charge.

The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable - totally flattened and worn out - room 226. It definitely needs replaced. We had a very poor sleep because of it.

I would strongly advise against staying in this hotel. While the staff is friendly, there were hairs in our bathroom upon arrival, the air conditioner didn't work all night (a problem they are aware of, and one that other guests in other rooms had as well) but have not yet bothered to fix. I came downstairs at 2 am to ask about our air conditioner. The lady at the front desk told me how to fix it (unplug and plug back in). Why am I fixing my own air conditioner at 2 am?? When I asked about it in the morning, she told me I should have asked for a different room....at 2 in the morning.....with 3 sleeping children in the room. Also, the hot tub is NOT operational, and their website is not clear about that at all. When we asked for a discount in the morning, the lady would absolutely not do anything for us, but told us we could call the manager during the week. I will not be staying here again and i would urge others to stay elsewhere as well.
