2/10 Poor

Avoid at all costs.
The only good thing about this place was the location. The hotel is dirty and feels dark and dingy, the stairway is a death trap and doesn't feel safe at all, the lift is smelly. I wouldn't give this place a 1 star rating let alone 3 stars. The room was tiny, with a small little single bed which was uncomfortable and the bedding was horrible. The room wasn't clean, the view of the tv was restricted, the bathroom was horrible, small, dirty and smelly. And the amount the charged was nothing short of a robbery.

8/10 Very good

Very central location and fabulous staff.
The service was fantastic. The staff was friendly & helpful. The location is very central, about a 10 - 15 min walk the Duomo and likewise to the Castello Sforzesco. I discovered the ancient roman Imperiale Palace ruins are across the street through a short alley. Breakfast was nice. A few negatives : the building is very dated and could use remodeling or at least freshening up. The room was tiny even by European standards and my window faced a nearby apartment's windows a mere 15 to 20 meters (50 feet?) away so I did not feel comfortable drawing open the curtain on the small narrow window. Regardless, it has charm and the nice staff & great location makes up for the old condition and the price was right

Great location and clean property. Customer Service Terrible. Staff tried to charge me 11eur for 2 sparkling waters in cash. Wifi didn't work in the room and when I mentioned I got a no polite answer. Rooms are OK and location is perfect for our first time in Milan.

I am so sorry, the reservation was a mistake, I think I lost my money, It was not November 28 - 30, I think I will have to pay for this again, because the real date is December 28 - 30. Expedia told me they were going to talk to the hotel administration, but I haven't received any notice from Expedia yet.
