Lovely Hotel
The hotel staff are very friendly and the food is great . The relaxation area is very modern and clean with decent facilities. We stayed in the old building in a beautiful room, the only negatives were the TV channel guide was not correct , none of the English speaking channels were available and the mini bar fridge was at 20 degrees . I would stay again

Weekend break to the Dolomites
The staff was excellent and the rooms clean and comfortable. Could have benefited from an extra pillow a vanity pack and hair conditioner. Breakfast was plentiful, however the hot option was only eggs (but any sort you wanted). We were expecting some additional items such as bacon, sausages, Mushrooms or tomatoes. Loads of different pastries and cereals and fresh orange juice were provided.

Staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Beautiful room which was very clean, views were stunning. Restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. We arrived later in the afternoon after a long drive having had no lunch but the kitchen put together a snack for us, very courteous. Loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again

Excellent value, but a few things to consider
This hotel offers absolutely superb value for money, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I stayed in one of the balcony rooms, and well worth the extra few bucks. A few practical things to consider... Despite what some outdated reviews say, there is a gym and it’s all brand new (June 2019) technogym equipment. Only potential downside is there’s only one running machine, so no good if a lot of fitness people in town. Next, the breakfast is not worth it at all. Some cured meats, an egg station, but then the rest is mainly fresh fruit and packets of biscuits etc. Coffee is pretty bad, too. I had dinner one night, which was okay... nothing to write home about, but very nice. Service was very slow though (took 15 mins to get a menu; further 10 minutes to get a drink). Final point is that to get up/down into Trento, without a car, would be a very long and very steep hill walk. I mainly took a taxi, which ranged from €11-14 each way. Also consider, there is a swimming pool but you need to pay €5 per day to use it (along with other spa facilities, which were all excellent). The above are purely practical considerations, not complaints - nowhere is perfect (especially in this price range), and I thought this hotel was superb.
