Everything is perfect!
The honeymoon suite we stayed was excellent! We don’t wanna leave the suite at all. The private balcony with a medium size jacuzzi was perfect. We can enjoy the sunset and sea view from our room directly. The room was clean and tidy, the location was good, everything worth the money we paid. Even the breakfast was delicious! It’s the most enjoyable stay in our journey.

Very Good 8.0
Hotel with great caldera views
Great location and view. A bit pricey for a 4 star hotel. We chose the deluxe rooms which were at the lower level and had to use 2 lifts and 40+ stairs. Our driver called the hotel to pick us up from the drop off location which was 100 meters away as car does not reach the hotel. No one turned up and once we arrived at the hotel we heard the guy at the reception talking on the phone about us saying: they can make their own way to the hotel. That was really disappointing and unprofessional which we addressed on the spot but it seemed that he did not really care. No apology at all. Overall the hotel was great. You can’t go wrong on the caldera with that view. The girl at the breakfast, Hayley, was amazing; I guess because she was not Greek she knew how to treat customers and provide a great customer service. Good size room and bathroom as long as you can endure the steps. Tasos who helped with the luggage was excellent. Otherwise I do recommend this hotel.

A Room with a View!
Room very well designed, clean, sun lounging area on balcony. View amazing. Shower room was wet room. No bath. Everything gets wet when showering (including toilet). Air conditioning worked ver well.staff very helpful and friendly. Plenty of breakfast options. No restaurant in this part of hotel. Suites and boutique hotel guests are separate. Breakfast by pool.. Santorini beautiful place, very crowded in tourist season. Oia very pretty but packed and hotels have sealed off some of best views. Thira better place to stay. Sailing trip recommended by hotel fantastic and worth 77 euros per head.

Loved place. Would recommend it.
This place is amazing. Fantastic views. We had a deluxe suite with king sized bed and two beds for kids in separate room. Rooms were large. We had a huge balcony with couch around. Excellent views and amazing place to sit and watch sunset. Our suite was half way down. The lift to the top was about 39 steps away. The only drawback was that the pool from our suite was quite far down the cliff. It was roughly 100 steps which was ok going down but a bit hard walking back up. However since everything else was so good this was a minor thing. Good exercise.

Exceptional 10.0
First of all, the island of Santorini is breathtaking in its beauty, with the main town of Fira built into the inner cliff of a long-dormant volcano caldera. The Panorama suites is right in the center of town, and its property starts on street level (floor 4 in the elevator) and descends down the cliff. Three of us stayed in a suite, which had its own balcony area with table and umbrella. Other guests, mostly very friendly, would pass through the patio area to get to and from their rooms. To get to our room we descended by elevator or stairs to floor -1, and went down another flight of slightly vertigo-inducing outdoor stairs to our suite. The porter of our hotel impressively carried our heavy suitcases (2 at a time, one on his shoulder) down and up this outdoor stairway. Another flight of stairs leads to the small pedestrian pathway parallel to the main road, which connects to the town as well. The pool is down yet another two flilghts on the other side of that pedestrian path. Our patio had a breathtaking panoramic view of the town of Fira. A couple of minor downsides should be mentioned. The inner chamber of the suite had no air ventilation of any kind, so the door between the suites was best left open. This could possibly cause a privacy issue for some, but it was OK for us. There was a jacuzzi in the back bathroom that was in a state of disrepair, and the hot water came brown from the tap. All in all a great place to stay.
