Room with a good size but the toilet was impossible to use as it was very, very small and bad organized. The room seemed clean at first look but there were a lot of faults - dust and spiders and very dusty windows. The towels were teared up and worn. The sheets had a black stain on them. All in all, comfort and experience does not come even close to a 4 stars hotel. :(

Loved the location near Kaunas Old Town and enjoyed walking around everywhere. Even Laisves al. though being renovated is still walkable to the Devil's museum and the Ciurlionis gallery. Enjoyed the restaurants in Old town and had some great meals.

Very poor for a 4 star
We stayed in a twin room for 9 nights, the room was cream, brown and wood, very dark and as my friend was recovering from an operation we spent more time in the room which was modest and quite depressing. The worst part was the noise at night, reading other reviews it seems like it was the air conditioning main pump, it made sleeping,; especially for my friend after surgery; very difficult but that wasn’t all. We had to ask for toilet rolls as we ran out after the room had been serviced, a few times the room wasn't serviced and others when it was the bins were emptied and a quick wipe around the sink. Teas and coffee were in the room but very few and not topped up; we bought our own to keep us going. We left towels on the bathroom floor; not very day; and they weren’t changed. Opening the windows revealed huge cobwebs and the room didn't seem to vacuum at all during our stay. It’s not a hotel I would stay at again, maybe if you are there one night and very tired its manageable but that would be all for me
