service helped improve experience
it was ok, but i had paid for one bed and they didnt accommodate so my husband and i had 2 twin beds. I even had called in advance. Also pool view is the same as standard so i paid more for not much of a difference. The beds are hard and the parking is expensive. Everything was redeemed because of the staff - they were awesome.

Very family friendly hotel, ideal location, clean and modern, good breakfast. We feel very safe inside. Only one negative point- majority of the staff doesn’t speak English, only Spanish or French. On the Monday night it was a Quiz but unfortunately kids couldn’t participate because of the language barrier. Other wise I would recommend this hotel.
