Overall, the hotel is not bad. However, I feel it’s a little over-priced for its mediocrity. This area of Gilbert/Mesa is less developed and has many cattle farms around. You will likely have a very unpleasant aroma.

It is a good hotel for a budget choice. Yes, I've been in nicer, but not in this price range. The rooms ae clean and smell nice. The staff is nice. Like most hotels, the beds are super firm, but that has been every hotel I've ever stayed in so... Overall, a great place for a little family on a budget.

very clean and overall quite comfortable. The only complaints about comfort is that when they changed our linens, they forgot to add a top sheet. They also only have one lamp between the two beds, so if you want to read a book at the desk or on the side of the bed away from the lamp, you would have to go somewhere with a light. Staff were all friendly. The grab n go breakfast consists of a bottle of water, a small muffin, a granola bar and an orange. It will be better once the COVID restrictions are lifted. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Overall, a nice place at a reasonable price.

The hotel worked out great so close to the airport, but the hotel seemed a little ran down. Also did not have USB ports to use.

Our room was an outstanding studio. The hotel was near the Bell Rock site with many hiking trails. Although, we didn't stay too long in the room, the facilities were very clean, the staff was excellent and the location was perfect.

The hotel was decent. When you turned on the heat there was a smell that filled your room. This hotel is located near a dairy farm so it smells. The room was clean but there was a lot of long hair here and there. The towels had hair on it as well. It’s comfortable and quiet despite the minor flaws.

Room was okay, but was in need of repair. Door frame around bathroom was coming off. Bathroom wasn't completely clean when we checked in. The heating and cooling unit, made strange sounds all night long, and the fan quit working. We asked for housekeeping to come everyday, and they didn't come in the first day at all, we had to request them again on the second day. It was overall a good place to stay for our needs.

I arrived at this BW at 02:00 (a.m.) and what follows happens over a 1.5 hour period from about 02:30 to 05:00. The queen size beds seemed small compared to what i have at home. My fiancée and i couldn't comfortably sleep in the same bed and wound up sleeping in separate beds thankfully our room had 2 queen beds. I tried calling the front desk twice and they didn't answer, i contacted customer support and they couldn't get anyone to answer for 30min. When the front desk finally called me they were obtuse acting as though i was an inconvenience. On the positive side the people at customer service were very understanding and helpful. The room was clean and spacious though the tub had no plunger/stopper and do look forward to soaking after driving 400 miles. Also the hair dryer had some unidentified goop on it and on the wall directly above where it was mounted.

The front desk woman was great but on a Friday night they should really have more than one person at the desk. A guest before us was giving the front desk woman lots of grief with her reservation and other things as well but she handled it like a champ. Unfortunately because of that there were about 9 of us in the lobby waiting— on a Friday night because she was alone.
