Short Out of Season Break
Nice friendly hotel, staff only to happy to help. The grounds are wonderful and if looking for a break far from the hustle and bussel of the city this is the place to just chill out and relax as the surrounding countryside is just beautiful.

It's charming Victorian house, our room was cosy and spacious with many nice torches, that made us feel at home. One downfall for me was that it was third floor and no lift and I'm not good walking up stairs but I managed and it didn't make me feel upset as hosts were so very helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay for a quiet time. The hosts were brilliant and so friendly. Central location in Wales idea for the trips we had planned. Lovely gardens next to the river. Will definitely return but we might ask for a room on a lower floor next time. We look forward to seeing how their plans for the future of the place become reality. Good luck to them. Away from crowds
Wonderful location of this hotel, away from crowded places, as well as stunning and vast outdoor space at the rear of the building are its strongest points. Ideal place for long walks which start right from here. The commodity of the pub downstairs, with really tasty food and very good prices for food and drinks, and very friendly owners made our 3 nights stay during Bank Holiday weekend perfect.
