Very Good
Chose this hotel because of proximity to Plaza del Sol and because regular hotel is still closed. At check out requested a statement but was told that hotels.com would provide.

Hotel does not honour documented reservation
We had a problem with the reservation, we paid for one room with a sofa bed (showed this to the front desk), and the property did not honour the reservation. Never mind that the reservation confirmation did show this, and that we added 26 nights in three rooms, they charged us extra for a bigger bed, which we did not need, and never gave us the separate bed. They just don't want our business.

The hotel was overall pretty nice. The location is convenient and safe. The pool was closed for the first couple of days there without explanation. I had to have my room changed as another guest had a dog that literally barked incessantly for long periods of time without being resolved by management. Their idea of resolving was to move me around to a room that was three floors away from the disruptive pet and annoying pet owners. I would suggest their dog policy be changed accordingly.

Every convenient all in one.
We were well taken care by the staff. On demand Transportation and the proximity of the shopping center are a bonus. Every day a great breakfast. Buffet afternoon meals midweek are especially welcome and delicious. It’s relatively quiet with a good view
