No TV service
Yes I enjoyed my stay and everything was clean. But you had to ask for room service because of covid. The lobby was beautiful and I had enough room to entertain my guests in a safe place. I had no television for the first 2 days and missed everything of the Inaugural 2021. Everything! they said there was a problem with the line that affected the whole area not just the hotel . I had to resort to my Netflix account to watch any type of television. I did not get anything off my stay for the lack of television. No free breakfast, beer, snacks...nothing. xtra night...nothing.

Good stay, bad connection
Good location, clean hotel. Only issue I had was with the wifi and network services. My phone only worked when connected to wifi in the building, but right outside the building unable to get cell service. When returning back to hotel, cell phone reconnected to wifi but no browser/app would open. Had to forget the network connection and reconnect to get the service agreement to populate and only then would a web browser or app work.

This was a very run down hotel. No hot water for showers and the music in the halls plays all night and keeps you awake. I won't be returning.

Walls and Doors were REALLY Dirty with leftover splatters & residue! Also My boyfriend got trapped & locked in the bathroom and door had to be torn off to release him. BUT staff handled it very well, gave us a new room, handled with urgency.. and refunded us. Would I stay here again? No.
