5 pools to choose from, good resort
Nice resort style hotel close to town but very busy around pool. People put their towels on chairs early in the morning even if they arent sitting there. Standard room was big enough but no tea/coffee facilities in the room, not sure about other rooms. Good food from pool bar and you could also buy coffee from there. Good breakfast choices and also good food from restaurant. 10 min walk to town.

Recommended for families
We visited El Greco in August 2019 for 5 days with a group of 6 people. Totally recommend it to families. This place is on a slighly flat surface compared to other accomadation options in the city center where you might have to climb stairs and steep hills. The view outside the hotel is amazing, not from your hotel door though. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is okay, but if you don’t like eggs, it’s not easy to get your daily protein. Taste could be better. Do the boat tour!!! ask reception about it. In order to find a place near pool, you might need to put your towel on the lounges in early morning as a sign for ‘reservation’. Pools can be populated by children that do not follow basic rules. I would suggest you to pick a pool that is less noisy.

It was a great trip. Location is super convenient, staff were helpfull and cooperative, pools were nice and rooms were big! We had an amazing stay!!
