Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya - Adults Only - All Inclusive

The staff was very friendly and willing to make sure we had the best stay.

Our group of 8 in their late 30s had a great time at the pool on the adults side each day. The music playing throughout the resort was great. Food was fine. Only complaint is that the rooms are loud at night - the noise from the hallways carries into the rooms. Once we got earplugs we were fine.

Having stayed at other all-inclusive resorts, The Hard Rock is more reminiscent of a Las Vegas hotel experience than a “typical” AI resort. The grounds are immaculate and the service is fantastic. If you’re looking for a place to have an elevated experience in a festive atmosphere, this place is it.

I loved everything about this property staying in Heaven was just what my doctor would have ordered for peace and tranquility. The beach (lagoon) was perfect this afforded me the opportunity to enjoy the ocean in a tranquil relaxing setting. I was in the ocean every day for hours and enjoyed every second. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was good the resort was beautiful and kept spotless. The SPA was amazing and massages excellent. I will be back!!!!

Was recommended this hotel by a friend who visited a few years ago. The outside exterior of the hotel is beautiful! The pool and the beach area in the adult heaven area is great. The bar staff who take orders on the beach are very friendly! The only thing I was disappointed in was the food and night time entertainment. There are only 2 bars in the adult section for the evening time (one is a full blown nightclub - very dark with no holiday vibe whatsoever) and the other a small Sushi bar by the reception which offers zero atmosphere. Was sad there was no opportunity to have drinks outside/ any other bars / evening options. Both bars offer no drink menu which is frustrating when you want to try something new/ have a browse for inspiration! Some of the staff weren’t fluid in English so a menu would be very helpful. The food in the evening restaurants was very average and lacked a lot of flavour. The Italian and the Mexican in the adults section was the most disappointing. The french and steak restaurant slightly better but did not blow us away. The lunch offering by the pool however was great - fresh food on the grill/ pizzas and snack foods! Lastly, the music blasted by the pool during the day can be so loud and repetitive. Sometimes ruined the beautiful scenery. Overall, the staff were friendly and the outside made it for us in the daytime. Would not return on the basis of the food and lack of evening bar options.
