Now Jade Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

The hotel was amazing. Super clean. The view we had in our room was breathtaking. We had a jacuzzi on the balcony. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was good. The dinner at the restaurants were also good. I would love to stay here again.

Food and the staff at the restaurants were very good. “Preferred Member” privilege was pretty much nonexistent. At the hotels we usually go, the “welcome gift” means a champagne and fruit basket, but Now Jade gave us a mini Pringles... and tiny bottles of liquors. Housekeeping staff keep forgetting to replenish certain things everyday such as coffee and towels, so we had to call them every single day for missing items. Not the best experience. We had the similar lame experience at Dream (the same hotel group). We came to the conclusion that this hotel group offers just mediocre service overall.

Todas las amenidades son muy buenas. Me gustó mucho la habitación pues es amplia y cómoda, la comida de desayuno y cómoda muy variada. Para la cena las opciones abiertas fueron muy buenas. Las piscinas muy lindas, cuidadas y con buen servicio de bebidas (snacks no fueron de mi gusto). Todo el personal siempre muy amable y atento a solicitudes. Muchas gracias.

Lovely resort. Beautiful infinity pools with views of the ocean. Nice beach - not rocky as some have suggested but next door to a marina. Available snorkeling to see lots of fish about 50+ yards from shore. However, pipe close to shore spewing brownish water was questionable. When we were there, the Spice restaurant was closed for renovations. Also, most of the main family pool was empty and closed due to repairs for the first 3 days of our trip and the sports bar "Scores", the restaurant "Castaways", the gym, and all water sports (i.e., kayaking, snorkeling, etc.) were closed due to the pandemic. No notice, mention, apology or accommodation was made by NJ for this lack of advertised amenities. Questionable what you actually receive for preferred status except for access to preferred lounge. Pool activities and games are minimal with the same activities repeated over and over again -- mostly water aerobics and water dancing. Nonetheless, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Our front view suit disappointingly had views of the roofs of NJ's other buildings besides the ocean and the 3+ foot wall around our balcony prevented any view of the ocean when seated on the lounge chairs. The food is good to excellent with the exception of the run-of-the mill buffet restaurant "Carnival". Besides these flaws, we still had a great time and would definitely would go back.

Now jade was very nice. The property was kept very clean, the staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was good. I recommend water shoes for the beach as it was a little rocky in the water. The restaurants are not all open on the same day as the hotel is not operating a full capacity but they do alternate so you do get the opportunity to try them all.

I wish the buffet offered more for dinners. It was opened very other night with Asian food only Otherwise, our stay was great!

Property it a little dated and needs some paint and small repairs. I went the week they reopened and to my surprise, the preferred lounge was closed,and 2 restaurants were not open. I paid for preferred and didn't get all the perks,now the trip was on sale so I won't complain too much about it. Food was great,staff was great. Views are nice and the beach was nice. I did get to snorkel which was great and it was only $40! For the $912 I paid for 4 night it was worth it. But the shortage of preferred service will make me not return. But to be honest I'm judging all hotels based and the amazing experience I had in Royal Service in Paradisus Cancun.

there is no preferred amenities and management acts like its no big thing that you don't get what you paid for, offered me a free upgrade if id come back again??? I just wanted the upgraded vacation I already paid for. so honestly asked expedia for a refund.

The staff was so friendly and kind. The entertainment was fun. The preferred pool was just right for us and Daniel does a great job with pool service Only dislike was the amount of large groups but it was one reason I was glad to have booked preferred

Did not like being pressured on presentations and wasting almost an entire day of our vacation because if it. Will not return to this resort.
