Same food always
The food is the same everyday and we stayed for one week so we were expecting different food. They took us out of our room and make us wait for 4 hours for another room because they made a mistake in our last day and they don’t even apologize. The lobby was packed of people complaining about the food, the service, etc. There is no wifi in the room only in the lobby. They don’t even give you shampoo they give you conditioner because that’s all they have.

Very bad service and the same food all the time.
We book a second night using the app and they told us they didn’t receive the reservation so they took us out of the room and made us wait in the lobby for two hours to give a room in the worst area. Terrible attention. The food is the same all the time. They give conditioner instead of shampoo and when you complain they pretend that’s shampoo.

Beautiful beach!
Okay; so the beach and the snorkeling around the grounds are WORLD CLASS, however, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. First, it's quite secluded from anything else on the island, which for me was great because I wasn't really there to party. The food was not the best but I was usually able to find something that I could stomach. Non-alcoholic drinks sucked; usually some tangy type of juice. The hotel is quite run down from when it was locally owned (a comment made by many tour agencies), but for me, nothing beat being alone on one of the prettiest beaches I've seen in the world.

There was no fresh water anywhere. Pool was salt water pumped in from the ocean. Tap water and shower were saltwater. Bar had only 1 brand of beer and the cheapest liquor they vould buy. Food was buffet style and at bedt was average. Thete was no beverages in your room, no soda no beer or bottled water. I had no water for 2 days and had no hot water for most of my stay. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The beach was absolutely beautiful and they put a lot of effort into keeping it nice. They clean up the seaweed daily. Everything else was pretty average. The food was just ok. If you aren't a picky eater you wont starve. Pretty much all the meat is over cooked. The drinks were not very strong and there wasn't a lot of variety. No frozen drinks at all. The room was fine and they did a good job cleaning it everyday. My biggest issue was that there was only hot water 2 days out of our 7 day stay. We complained a few times and they said they fixed it but we still didn't have hot water. I would stay here again if they would fix the hot water. The pool felt great and wasn't over crowded. The property in general was run down but had a lot of charm. I think this place has potential to be amazing but it definitely needs a lot of fixing up to make that happen. The staff was friendly.

Hotels.com should be embarrassed to sell these rooms. “All inclusive” included three terrible buffets and one walk up bar that poured beer into a paper cup. The lobby is the only place that has WiFi and they have extremely loud music playing around the clock. The pool didn’t have enough water in it to reach the filters, so it was disgusting. They did clean up one area of the beach, but you could hear loud music from two different places playing at the same time. It was so bad that we left after one night of our six night stay!!

Would definitely come back! Found yummy food at every meal, bartenders were friendly and fast, facility was dated but very clean. Beach and snorkeling areas were amazing! Only complaint was a bee nest in the soffit outside our room door (pollinators- so wouldn’t want them killed- mostly left us alone, daughter got stung once when bee got accidentally pinched in her flip flop). Great place to be if your purpose is relaxing and ocean time without the crowds of the public beaches- and want to explore the reef right off the gazebo!

The beach is beautiful no question about that, the location is great and maybe that’s why they get away with the things they do. The hotel needs some serious renovations, the mattresses are super hard and dated, the pillows are awful, the toilet that was in my room kept breaking every time it was flushed, I bought baby wipes at the souvenir store they have and they were dried out. ( I paid 5 for that) The people that work in the restaurant area some of them are very nice others just look like they don’t want to be there, one of them told us that if we didn’t have a mask we weren’t going to be able to get lunch period. The options for drinks are water, and watered down orange juice, the food are definitely repetitive and I was violently sick from it the night before leaving the hotel, I was food poisoned for two days. The alcoholic drinks were awful very cheap liquors. With that being said there was a person who was helpful, respectful and friendly her Name is Damari she is one of the cleaning ladies who was such a sweetheart. They need more people with her kind attitude in that place. My advice is Do NOT book here if you want to enjoy the beach just get a day pass from them and bring your own food and drinks and just enjoy the amazing beach.
