Hotel Lunasol was fantastic. It’s Hotels.com who is shady. While another hotel cancelled my reservation, Hotels.com, didn’t refund my money I paid in advance. It clearly said, that cancellations would be refunded....especially when I did not cancel, the hotel did. HOTELS.COM CANT BE TRUSTED

The front office was great. Could communicate in English. Rooms are clean. Only issues were the shower has no pressure and there is no place to keep soap etc close to shower.

The staff were very nice, especially Victor. He allowed us to drop off our bags earlier than check-in in a secure location. The hotel is very Central and close to 5th Avenue. Near all the shopping but also near the loud clubs keep that in mind loud music until 1 to 2 am. That said the room is very clean the hotel is very nice the bathroom is very large and beautiful.
