The floor in the kitchenette was in disrepair, the plug in the bathtub didnt work (they came into fix it 2 hours late). There was no housekeeping service, we had to trade out towels. The furniture in the living room wasn't clean, the carpet in the living room was snagged and torn. Overall, not worth the price they charge, but there arent a large selection of two bedroom hotel rooms.

Totally unsatisfied.
Other guests totally ruined our stay. They were inconsiderate and loud all night. I contacted the front desk and asked that they address the noise level at 2am. It’s now after 4am and the noise level is still unacceptable. There’s yelling, pounding on doors, slamming doors and fighting. We’ve yet to get any sleep. Contacted the front desk again and they were at a loss as to what to do. Others had called to complain and they said they addressed it with no resolve. I feel they need to move on to outside involvement at this point.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room however had some broken shelving in the bathroom and a broken drain in the tub. Noticed some mold on the shower ceiling. Overall the room was nice and seemed clean.

Upon arrival the clerk seemed overwhelmed with her’ slow computer’ Room was outdated and bathroom was gross. Found hairs in the shower. Additionally, there was no plug in the bottom of the shower... not that of take a bath but I certainly am grossed out by seeing into a drain where I can see hair... seriously gross. The mirror backing was coming off around the edges meaning it was no longer reflective so that seemed weird not to fix. The room I had in thesuite didn’t have a mirror making it hard to get ready and my unit was pumping out cold air despite changing the temperature. I would’ve paid more for better conditions.
