For a five star hotel . The hotel needs to upgrade its toilet .. staff at the fridge desk not so welcoming..all departments needs alots of improvement.. very disappointing . Will never stay or recommend anyone to stay at this Hyatt hotel..

Great stay. Bathrooms bit dated but room lovely. Staff exceptional. Belle on front desk just lovely. Han and his team on bar very professional whilst having to deal with some exceptionally rude guests. Definitely would stay here again.

A great stay for xmas. Check in was hassle free and easy. Staff were friendly and attentive. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We were very impressed with the entire experience. Do yourself a favour and book a stay you wont be sorry. The hyatt is the place to be this holiday season.
